Plot
200 years after her the events of Alien³, United Systems Military have set up a secret project aboard a vast ship, the Auriga. After seven failed attempts, scientists have finally succeeded in cloning Ellen Ripley and the Alien Queen inside her. But in the cloning process, the alien and human dna has combined, and neither Ripley nor the Queen are quite as they were before. Meanwhile, needing hosts for the new generation of aliens, the project leader employs a crew of merceneries to bring in a shipment of cryogenically frozen bodies. However, one among the crew - junior mechanic Annalee Call - has secrets of her own, and comes determined to put a end to the project. As the aliens break free and events spiral out of control, Ripley and Call join forces and, along with the remnant of the mercentary crew, fight to escape from the Auriga and destroy its cargo of aliens before it can reach the Earth.
